Nursing Home and Hospital Staffing Services

Our team is available to discuss your staffing needs in the following areas and many more.

Geriatric: Our nurses are educated to understand and treat the often complex physical and mental health needs of older people/geriatric populations.

Rehabilitation: Our focus would be to help people with disabilities and chronic illness attain optimal function and health, and adapt to an altered lifestyle. Rehabilitation nurses assist patients in their move toward independence by setting realistic goals and treatment plans.

Acute care/Med Surg: Our nurses would be able to provide care to patients who have brief but severe medical needs, such as a sudden illness or recovering from a major surgery or injury.

Complex care: Our Complex Care Nurses will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments on patients with multiple comorbidities (usually chronic) and work with the interdisciplinary team along with the discharge planner to plan for discharge.

Palliative: Our Palliative nurses help relieve patient and family suffering through evaluations of physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. They provide symptom management, educate families about the dying process, and provide support and comfort.

Emergency: Being one of the first responders when a patient is admitted to the ER, the ER nurse will Identify medical issues, determine severity, and provide immediate support to minimize negative long-term effects and, if necessary, even sustain life.

Psychiatry/mental health: Our nurses in this department generally teach self-care activities, administer and monitor psychobiological treatment regimens as well and practice crisis intervention and stabilization.

Pediatrics: Children get scared and can’t always clearly communicate “what hurts.” Pediatric nurses know how to talk to children and how to dispel their fears. They also know how to ask children questions about their health, so they can gather complete and accurate information to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
